For each renewal, click the "Add to Cart" button. A "shopping cart" window or tab will open where you can remove selections, change quantities or continue shopping. Once your cart contains all your desired selections, check out and pay using a Paypal account or credit card.

PHSR new member dues: $10.00 (per person, per year). Purchase one with a different name for each member.
